SCIENTIFIC AND SAFE WEIGHT LOSS MENU IN 1 WEEK

This is a diet used by soldiers to ensure their healthy physical strength as well as their acumen. With this diet, you will eat less than usual but still provide enough energy for the body and can lose up to 4.5kg in 1 week. Depending on your purpose, you can follow this regimen for a certain period of time (1 to 2 times in 1 month), but you must strictly apply the following 3 days of the diet:



Day 1:


Breakfast:
