How to make delicious and fast Spaghetti noodles

1, Spaghetti ingredients (for 4 people):


- 300g minced beef


- 5 tomatoes


- 1/3 of an onion


- 1-2 garlic bulbs


- 1 cucumber


- 1 package of spaghetti


- Ready-to-drink ketchup (if any)


- Butter or mayonnaise


- Cooking oil - Salt - Ground pepper


2, Preliminary preparation of ingredients for making Spaghetti noodles:


-Minced beef in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, and pepper, then mix well.


-Tomato washed, bare through boiling water, cut in half, remove the seeds, put in a blender and puree.


-Onion peeled, washed, minced.-Garlic peeled and chopped.-Cucumber washed, peeled, sliced ​​small to serve.


3, Processing Spaghetti


Step 1: Boil noodles



- Put 2 liters of cold water in a pot and bring to a boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt, add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil to help the noodles not stick together.


- Add the noodles slowly so that the noodles do not break, wait about 1 minute for the noodles to soften and submerge in the water. Use chopsticks to stir so that the noodles are loose and do not stick together. Boil the noodles for about 8-10 minutes so that the noodles are fully cooked and not raw.


- When the noodles are cooked, take them out (basket) to drain. Then dip it in cold water to make the noodles more chewy.


Step 2: Prepare minced beef tomato sauce


•Processing minced beef: Put a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and wait for it to heat up. Add a little minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the marinated beef to the frying pan


Let the meat cool down and remove to a plate. After the meat is cooked evenly, we separate the juice secreted from the meat to use as a sauce.


• Processing tomato sauce:


- Put the pan on the stove, add a little oil, then add minced garlic and fry until fragrant.


- Add the onions and stir until the onions are clear.


- Add chopped tomatoes and stir-fry together and stir well, add ready-to-drink ketchup to make the sauce richer and thicker (if desired).


- Add the minced beef to add more flavor to the sauce


- Add a little butter or mayonnaise to make the dish fat. - Season the sauce to taste with salt, sugar, a little seasoning powder to taste.


- Stir well until the sauce mixture is a bit thick


- We add the fried minced beef to the above mixture and mix well to form Spaghetti sauce.



3, Present and enjoy


Put the noodles on a plate, then pour the minced beef tomato sauce on top. It can be added with sliced ​​cucumber and chili sauce to enhance the delicious taste.
